Orders & downloads
How do I receive my files?
Instantly after payment: Gumroad shows the download and emails you the link. Your purchase also stays in your Gumroad Library for re-download.
I didn't get the email.
Check spam/promotions, then open gumroad.com/library with your purchase email, or email us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and PayPal through Gumroad’s secure checkout, which opens on our page. We never see your payment details.
Which currency?
You are charged in USD. The € price shown is an estimate; your bank converts at its own rate.
Do you charge tax?
Gumroad adds VAT/sales tax where required and sends you an invoice.
Using the templates
Do I need Canva Pro?
No, unless the product says "Requires Canva Pro".
Can I change colors and fonts?
Yes, everything is editable.
Can I edit on my phone?
Yes, in the Canva app, though desktop is easier.
License
What can I do with the templates?
Use them for one business, edit them, and publish what you create, including paid products you sell such as your own ebook.
What can't I do?
Resell, share or give away the templates themselves, or sell them as your own template product.
Custom services
How do I order?
Click "Order on Fiverr" on the service. You pay on that platform, which protects your payment until delivery.
Not sure which service fits?
Send us a short message from the custom project page. We reply within 24 hours.
How many revisions?
2 rounds included; extra rounds are $25.
Who owns the final design?
You do, for use in your business, once paid in full. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Refunds
Digital products
Non-refundable once downloaded because files cannot be returned. If a file is broken or not as described, we fix it or refund you.
Custom services
Orders and refunds for custom services follow the Fiverr order rules, which protect both sides.
