Who we are
BestMarque is an online brand selling digital design templates, custom design services and business automation services. Contact: hello@bestmarque.com.
Digital products
Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad, which processes the payment, adds applicable VAT/sales tax, issues your receipt and gives you the download. Gumroad’s terms apply to the checkout. You need a compatible account (e.g. a free Canva account) to use the templates.
Custom services
Custom design services are ordered and paid on Fiverr. The terms, payment protection, delivery and dispute rules of that platform apply to the order. AI automation services are governed by our AI automation service agreement.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos or texts you share with us. We use them only to deliver your project.
Intellectual property
Templates remain the property of BestMarque and are licensed to you under the Template License. For custom work, rights to the final designs follow the platform’s order terms once paid; we may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Reviews
We only publish genuine reviews and testimonials from real customers, with their permission. We never buy or invent reviews.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.
