Digital products
Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you through Gumroad.
EU/UK customers
By completing the purchase of a digital download you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. Your legal rights for faulty digital content remain.
Custom services
Services ordered on Fiverr follow that platform’s cancellation and refund rules. AI automation services follow their service agreement.
