Simple service agreement
One page, plain language. The written proposal you receive after our first exchange adds your services, prices and timeline.
1. Parties
BestMarque (“we”) and the client business named in the order or proposal (“you”).
2. Scope
We set up and run the automations listed in your written proposal. Anything not listed is quoted separately.
3. Setup
The setup fee is paid before work starts. We deliver a test version for your approval before going live. Setup includes one training session and up to 2 rounds of adjustments.
4. Monthly plan
The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small improvements. It is billed in advance each month in the currency of your proposal (MAD, EUR or USD).
5. Third-party costs
Phone minutes, SMS, WhatsApp conversation fees and software you choose (e.g. CRM licences) are billed at cost or paid by you directly, and estimated in your proposal.
6. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate business information (prices, stock, hours, policies), keep it up to date, and only give us contacts who agreed to be contacted. You follow our compliance policy.
7. Data
Your customer data belongs to you. We process it only to run your automations, keep it confidential, and export then delete it within 30 days after the end of the service. EU clients receive a data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28).
8. No guaranteed results
Automations improve response times and follow-up, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of sales or reviews.
9. Duration & cancellation
No long-term commitment. Either party can cancel the monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice by email. Setup fees are non-refundable once the test version is delivered.
10. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for outages of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, telecom operators, AI providers).
11. Acceptance
Your written approval of the proposal (email or signature) and payment of the setup fee mean you accept this agreement.
